A crucial business bet to leverage Universe’s subscriptions volume was the new Domain+ plan, recently created and a much cheaper tier than the Pro plan, which represents a lower entrance barrier for paid subscribers.
However, at the time the Pro tab displayed to the users only the Pro plan, and its visual language was really outdated and out of brand. We needed to redesign the whole screen to highlight the Domain+ plan and make it visually more aligned with our brand guidelines.
I was the product designer in charge of rethinking all the screens in light and dark mode, making sure we were giving enough emphasis to Domain+ and reusing as many elements and components as possible from the Domain+ brand and flow created before by the team.



Instead of reusing the old screen, I decided to start completely from scratch, what gave me more freedom to play around with existing Domain+ components and adapt the Pro tab to a completely different visual language.
After a few iterations, I got to both light and dark versions that succeeded in communicating and selling the new plan and displaying all core benefits. This project was designed and shipped in 1 week in late 2022.
